Smart Car

The campaign for Smart Car involved promoting the benefits of having a Smart Car. I focused on a variety of benefits and tried to move from the obvious on a couple.
My advertising strategy was 'Think Smart'.

Here I have used a mouse hole to show the benefits of the size of a Smart Car and its abilities to park in small places.

I have attempted to portray not only its fuel efficiency, but also the fun side of having a Smart Car.

To show the comfort benefits is quite tricky to do, so looking at what people associate with comfort and relaxing, I chose to make a duvet into a Smart Car shape to portray its comfort.


Adshel.

To show that it is friendly to the enviroment and low in CO2 levels, I decided to use what people associate with the outdoors, something that is fresh and friendly.
Deciding to use fields and cows I feel has helped me to show the benefits of environmentally friendly.
The small paragraph at the bottom of the ad explains a few facts about how it is friendly to the environment and its advantages with its CO2 emissions.


Ambient media

As part of my ambient media to promote Smart Car, I have used bike racks as part of the campaign to show that not only is a Smart Car small, but you can park pretty much anywhere.


Direct Mail.

As a piece of direct mail to be posted to people, a balloon would be posted through the door. Once the balloon is blown, it would reveal a message to promote the Smart Car's air bags in the driver and passenget sides.
